STORAGE LOCATION MANAGEMENT:
A maximum of 80 different material codes can be stored per pallet. The material code and storage compartments are automatically assigned when the material is entered into the storage system.
For each storage compartment, the following data is allocated and displayed:
– Compartment number – row and compartment height
– Sub-compartment within the cassette
– Material code
– Type of Cassette – high/low
– Cassette stored or removed
– Storage location blocked – yes/no
When entering an order using the material code the appertaining compartment number is automatically displayed and activated: alternatively on entering the compartment number the material stored there is displayed.
By blocking certain shelf locations, access to materials which have not yet been released by the quality control department can be blocked.
In a separate window the individual compartments and sub compartments can be displayed with material codes
