(1) 5-Axis B-Axis tilting machine head is designated B-Axis where the range of
the tilt is +/- 25 Deg. about the horizontal axis. It is built onto the C-Axis
round table. Equipped the machine with a B-Axis and C-Axis offers the
possibility of including several grinding operations in one automatic cycle,
i.e. grinding flutes, peripheral grinding and end face working. The machine
spindle can thus be adjusted to various angles or tilted by means of a program
during automatic operation.
