Rego Fix BMT 200 Toolholder Balancing Machine is ideal for balancing a collet holder. Balancing is made possible by material subtraction, material addition, fixed position, or using balancing rings.
This lightweight tabletop machine is compact with full functionality that can be used immediately on any stable bench. No special foundation is necessary. Single and dual plane holders can be balanced, and spindle adaptors can be added to accept steep taper and HSK holders.
The touch screen display is user friendly and is available in several languages. All balancing methods come pre-installed with up to 395 individual toolholders and their specifications can be stored into memory. There is no need for any external computers to be used in the balancing process. Balanceable certificates can be printed for each toolholder (printer required).
