HOW TO SELL YOUR MACHINERY FASTER….
Below are three general categories of information which will help us quickly assess how we can be of the most service to you and your company. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the information below; with over 30 years in the business we can help fill in the blanks. Also, sometimes the fastest way to get answers is with a simple phone call to 847-276-2761.
PRELIMINARY INFORMATION
Make, model, year of manufacture, any issues the machine has. Basically what you would want to know about a machine to qualify it for purchase.
PICTURES
To begin with the minimum we need is a picture of the overall front of the machine and the manufacturers plate (showing make, model, serial number, etc.). The second tier of pictures which are helpful will show the controls and work area – the ways, spindle(s), headstock, tailstock, or the inside of a CNC machine. Next pictures from the sides and back. You can always just send us the minimum and we will guide you on what else we would like to see.
TIMEFRAME & LOGISTICS
How fast do you need your machine(s) out of your facility or warehouse? Can you load the machine on a truck? When you can load the machine yourself we are able to apply the price we would have had to pay a rigger to the purchase price of the asset.
